The advice was very friendly and professional. During our viewing appointment, they held back so that we could get our own impression first. It was great that we were able to let our imagination run wild and develop our own ideas for the rooms without being presented with ready-made ideas. Our own ideas were then dealt with in a very friendly manner and were only supplemented with a few ideas. However, we were also made aware of every little shortcoming and given detailed explanations.
All in all, perfect.

Ms. Hanebuth helped me to rent an apartment with an all-round carefree package. She took care of everything so that I hardly had to do anything myself. That's how I imagined it. And the whole thing was very professional, yet human and at a fair price.

Ms. Hanebuth is a sympathetic, above all a very professionally competent and committed realtor. She helps to clarify facts, to get documents and advises in every respect very detailed. We felt very well looked after at all times. She is always available, even outside of normal hours, and always has an open ear for even the smallest questions and problems.
Since we had to make also already completely different experiences, we would turn again and again to Mrs. Hanebuth and can recommend it to 100%.
