Hello,
I would like to thank Enrico for his great work this morning. He saved us from a disaster right off the bat. Even while our event was still running, he fixed errors in the background and supported us so that we could start our event with only 10 minutes delay and run it successfully. We have already booked Smart-Events several times for the technical implementation of our events and have always been very satisfied.
During the planning phase, the contact persons can always be reached quickly and all questions and eventualities are taken into account. We have always gone into the events with a good feeling and have really not had to worry about the technology.

During the event we always had one or two SmartEvents employees on site and they were always extremely competent, calm, polite and well prepared for everything. The procedures were coherent, it was a very good cooperation and working hand in hand. Exactly how it should be!
We are already looking forward to the next event!
