We have been using the M8 toothbrush for many years and are very satisfied with the results. Our dentist confirms during regular checkups and professional teeth cleanings that the toothbrush is very good. After years of use, some of the attachments did not hold and loosened during brushing. I wrote directly to Mr. Link and was not dismissed but actually taken seriously. I was able to send in the attachments for inspection, and we determined that there was minimal wear on the handpiece. We purchased a new handpiece, and now everything is working perfectly again. In addition, some questions I had about usage were answered very kindly. We can wholeheartedly recommend the company smileystore.

We had some problems with the charging cradle at first. The fault was ours. We hadn't plugged it in properly. A few emails back and forth. Excellent advice and assistance. We are very satisfied with the support.

I have only been using the ION Sei for 4 days, but I can say that I have a good feeling of clean and smooth teeth after brushing. It takes some getting used to brushing without much movement and pressure, but you can get used to it.
The lack of a travel case should perhaps be pointed out, it's easy to forget something like that.

It is the best electric toothbrush for me, because it is not just an electric sonic toothbrush, but an *ultrasonic toothbrush*, and the cleaning of the teeth with it is very, very good, after cleaning the teeth, a fantastic feeling, like polished. I will not choose any other brand in the future.
