I can definitely recommend Sofiapflege, as the responsible customer advisor in Karlsruhe, Ms. Valentina Nikonova, is very friendly and helpful and handled the entire process professionally.
The caregiver is determined exactly according to the customer's needs. Any disagreements or problems are dealt with immediately and promptly by Ms. Nikonova. I am very happy to have found such a nice customer advisor. She manages the entire process and takes care of everything. We were very satisfied with Sofiapflege. We had very friendly, reliable carers who lovingly looked after our mother. The changeover worked well. One carer was usually picked up in the morning and the replacement came in the afternoon. The customer advisor responsible for us checked in regularly to find out how things were going. She also organized and was responsible for the changes.
We can definitely recommend Sofiapflege to others.
One more note: due to the prescribed maximum working hours, the care staff are entitled to days off. During these free periods, alternatives for care must be found. It is advisable to look around for this in good time.

Accessibility is good and recruitment works well.
The possibility of online contracts makes processing easier.
Mira gave me good advice at all times.
I don't find the splitting of the total costs from the caregiver's salary to the agency fee appropriate.

Good advice, even after signing the contract; but beware: all 24 h care services do not provide care, but actually only domestic help without detailed expertise; also systematic "motivation payments" in addition to the official salary

The personal consultation by Ms. Adrianna Kontny on site at the home of my mother in need of care was absolutely competent and personal. All areas and topics were addressed and explained in detail and understandably. Therefore, we were able to assess and form our own opinion on the care situation and the measures to be taken. I have had the very best experience with the head of Sofia Care for the Karlsruhe area, Valentina Nikonova. Humanly and professionally. She was available at any time of the day, a tremendous help when suddenly faced with questions that had to be decided quickly. The answers and help always came immediately and gave me a feeling of security, of not being left alone.
The caregiver she chose for my husband with much care and consideration fits him to a tee. She also came to my husband's apartment in person to meet him and me, and to see that everything was right for the caregiver.
I am happy and grateful to have met both Mrs. Nikonova and the caregiver. A real gift for the life of my husband and for me.
This care service (Karlsruhe area), I can only warmly recommend.

Katarina is an exceptional caregiver who cared deeply about our mother's needs and did everything she could to improve her quality of life.
She has a natural empathy, She is patient and sensitive. A close relationship developed between her and our mother.
Katarina was always there to help our mother. She is very reliable and dependable and can remain calm and professional in any situation.
We highly recommend Katarina as a 24 hour caregiver!

Our experience with Sofiapflege was top from A to Z! We were cared for in the Karlsruhe area by Mrs. Nikonova, who has a very good hand in selecting her caregivers individually. She has an eye both for the needs of the cared for and for the family constellations within which the caregiver must also find her way. Ms. Nikonova was always ready to talk, solution-oriented and took time for her clients as well as the caregivers even on weekends. She provided us with six caregivers in a row, all of whom we let go with heavy hearts. Each one had a high level of empathy, showed tremendous commitment and was completely trustworthy and reliable. All caregivers were motivated to meet the challenges given as well as able to relate to my father and give him the personal attention he needed.
I would recommend Sofiapflege and Ms. Nikonova, who is responsible for the Karlsruhe region, at any time.
