The first consultation was online, but later someone also came over when it became more serious. So far I have had contact with only one provider, but here I got directly 3 offers with different brands...I am completely satisfied. Otherwise, the second provider came after 3 weeks...they are just apparently busy.
There has only been 1 contact with an offer for an initial phone consultation in 2 weeks.
This time window for an initial telephone consultation is unacceptable.
Furthermore, I assumed that I would also receive several offers.
