The company Solarr had contacted me by phone within a day. Unfortunately, I did not pick up the first time, because I did not know the number. At the second attempt, however, it worked and I had the opportunity to speak with a consultant. Based on my consumption data, he recommended a system, which was then modeled in 3D planning. Finally, there was an inspection appointment, where the conditions were both checked and measured. The rest went smoothly and was really just waiting for the implementation, which happened less than three months later.

I have decided a PV system through this company. Basically, everything went smoothly and the implementation was also very good. A few points were nevertheless deducted from me, for the partly poor accessibility via the hotline. Later, however, a project manager was assigned to me, who was again very easy to reach and was available in person.

We had actually ordered a system a year ago, but at some point we were no longer answered and delivery dates were delayed for months. Short hand decided my wife and I so to hire a new electrician company. Desperate, we asked many different providers on the Internet, which finally led us to Solarr.at.
We always received appointments within a week and the team convinced us with their speed and professionalism. :)

I came across the company via Facebook advertising and asked about a PV system. An employee called me a little later for an initial meeting and we arranged a planning appointment with an expert. The planning was then created together and in the end I also received the offer. This also corresponded to the price from the first phone call. So far, I am really very satisfied with the service and the procedure. I also find it very good that you are assigned your own employee in the organization, who is always available for queries of any kind.

After I had asked several companies for offers, I was very pleased that someone finally got back to me. After a suitable offer and a few intermediate steps, the on-site appointment took place. The team was really very professional and was able to answer all my questions. Accordingly, I am now looking forward to the joint implementation of the project in spring 2023.

A very reliable partner for a PV project. From the initial contact to completion, the team advised and supported us very competently. All persons who had contact with us were always courteous. Questions were answered by e-mail within 24 hours at the latest. The deadlines were all met except for one. (Unfortunately, the installation was delayed due to weather conditions).

My experience with this company has been extremely good.
I happened to come across an ad via Facebook and then filled out the contact form on the website. On the phone, I then received information about the price, which was in the same range as 2 other offers.
A meeting with an expert was then arranged. He then showed me how many panels would really fit on the roof using a 3D model of my house. Instead of the desired 11 kWp, only a maximum of 9.6 kWp would fit. After this conversation, we made an appointment on site and then I placed the order.

I have been researching for a while and Solarr.at was not a household name until two months ago. That's why I was a little worried when I decided to buy from this provider. I have experienced my purchase Solarr.at as follows:

-) A very good and above all personal advice, which takes time and has responded to my wishes.
-) The team of craftsmen did the installation quickly and cleanly.
-) Installation of the necessary app and programs so that I can monitor my system mobile via the Internet.

Very good, fast and above all transparent communication. The gentlemen explained everything to me in an understandable way and also always pointed out costs in advance.
It sometimes took a few attempts via the hotline. By e-mail, however, I always received a very quick response. From the consultation to the acceptance of the installation, everything went cleanly. A really excellent company!

My contact person planned a system together with me, which I then also ordered in exactly the same way. The company was very easy to reach by e-mail, called me back and took care of everything. Unfortunately, that is no longer a matter of course, but rather the rare exception. For me personally, this is a big plus. I expect to have my system installed by April 2023 and look forward to the next steps together.

Had already bought a PV system. Then the installation date was postponed due to delivery problems of the material. Which in itself is nothing bad, this would not be over half a year later. Because of this, I started looking for another supplier and came across solarr. They advertised with their ability to deliver. I therefore registered on the website and not even 24h later I was called. In the same week I even received an appointment for planning.
One thing you have to give the guys, they are damn fast.

I was recommended the company by an acquaintance. He had seen the advertisement on Facebook and also had a first phone call with the company. So I registered on the website and was called back within less than a day. The gentleman on the phone asked me a few questions and then we made an appointment for a planning meeting. This also went very well. The expert in the conversation was also very nice and really tried to plan and explain everything as transparently and comprehensibly as possible. You really feel very well advised and I am looking forward to the next appointment on site with us.

Since we had installed a heat pump since the beginning of the year and our electricity price has quadrupled, we were looking for a suitable alternative. Through an Internet search we came across solarr.at.
At the beginning, like probably many people, we were a little deterred because there was not much information on the net. I also came across a very negative article from a forum (which I had never heard of before) which scared me off even more. However, I thought that I would make my own impression about the company. And you can't believe everything you read on the Internet. And that was a good decision.

About the process itself:
According to its own information, the company advertised free consulting and on-site appointments. The free energy consulting was very helpful and the installers and electricians on site were very polite and competent. Therefore I placed the order with solarr.at. Throughout the whole project you were always available by phone. The delivery time of the material was a bit longer than stated but that didn't bother me much.

I have been looking for a PV system for a long time. I have inquired about 10 Anbieet. From these 10 providers none has answered. Then I found solarr.at by chance. The first contact was very fast and very nice. After a first discussion the gentlemen came after approx. 1ner week with me in St.Pölten to visit. The team was very nice and professional. At the beginning I was still a little skeptical because one did not find much about solarr.at on the Internet. Since up to then none of the other offerers announced itself, we gave nevertheless solarr.at the order. The whole process was very uncomplicated. solarr at was also always available for us by phone or email. The delivery time was a little longer than promised. But we can live with it well. We have already recommended the company to our neighbors.

solarr at was first shown to me on facebook. since they advertised fast delivery and installation, i sent a request right away. I was really called back within a few hours. Then there was a consultation, then an on-site appointment. The offer was a bit more expensive than the others. However, I decided for the team of solarr.at because they were fast and efficient in communication and also assemble only qualitative products and not some China stuff. Conclusion: For bargain hunters nothing. For people who quality and fast processing is wichitg great recommendation! Thank you
