Germany and its authorities should be reformed from the ground up immediately and such city employees should be put out on the street. Can you estimate when things will continue? Good morning Mr. Kunzmann, I can only share and respond to your lack of understanding. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for the local court in Chemnitz regarding the transfer. Only then will it be possible to re-register commercially in Klingenthal. This can no longer be explained technically.

Hello Together, you have supplied us reliably for years and before your business interruption we had again received Raffstore. Always everything was delivered without any problems. We are all the more dismayed by your current info on the website that the municipality in Klingenthal, to which you had sought to relocate, is denying you business registration simply because the new registry entry is still being processed. The municipal employees are apparently not aware that taxpayers like you are paying these city people. Unbelievable conditions in this Germany 2023. Everything worked out great. Sonnenschutzshop24 has our Velux window still in the offer, where Velux itself already makes no more offer. The store has called me a few hours after online order to clarify details and has delivered fix. The instructions are not so easy to understand, but since the parts fit perfectly into the window and into each other, the assembly was almost self-explanatory. Super service!
