Dissatisfied is hardly the word here! My grandfather should be cared for, but the caregiver mediated through the agency was rather a burden instead of a relief for my grandparents....tasks, care and hygiene were not taken seriously, agreed prices were not met, but increased without consultation, everything possible was simply noted in the receipt with high costs (eg physiotherapy, which has not taken place and for which the forces are incidentally not even trained, used toiletries were everywhere in the house except in the trash can... etc.). Contractual agreements were therefore insufficiently fulfilled.
Quality standards were therefore not met.
For the caregiver, the time spent with my grandparents was definitely a nice paid vacation!
And for the agency, it was easy money. Help, advice and support we have unfortunately not experienced. Only before signing the contract we could experience a consultation, where time was taken.
For me, this experience was a rip-off of old people who are unfortunately too often defenseless against it!
