Everything top, only - as already said in the telephone feedback it would be considerably easier for the organization to receive the presentation in advance to be able to test during the dress rehearsal and to be sure that everything is ready on the event day - one possible source of error less.

The file was on the location's hard drive anyway and could have been passed on, as could the recording. If someone had an interest in it, it would be done, withholding it does not contribute to the goal of protecting the data.

Basically, everything was fine and OK, however, we have noticed clear differences to other presenters who have carried the event more ". This may have been due to the fact that in the 2 weeks before there were apparently many other orders, whereby the preparation may have suffered. Also, the name of the event and the company was mispronounced at least once. In concrete terms, therefore, a (too) casual preparation or focus on the event could be criticized.
The audience probably noticed this less than the participants / management. Nevertheless, more effort could lead to a better result here, a rather high fee is paid.

at previous forums, the possibility of a conversation and the purchase of a book was given by some speakers. Adding a speaker online is a NOGO at such a forum, even more so with extremely poor sound quality. Henry Maske told way too much about his career, no message, was relatively boring for someone not interested in boxing.

Thank you for your feedback! Yes, the sound quality during the transmission was indeed very unsatisfactory. Too bad it didn't work out as intended. The book sale plus book signing was indeed possible for some speakers this time as well. Unfortunately, not all speakers had books. We hope you were still able to take away one or the other impulse.

I found all the presentations very good and inspiring.
Dr. Christoph Holz - who had stepped in at short notice - did not really fit thematically into the otherwise well-structured lecture program. Ms. Kühne: Moving story, impressive personal achievement, but perhaps not really transferable to everyone, perhaps a little less dramatic presentation ...
But: complaining on a high level, a very successful event!

Sorry, Folks: Why do the "YES"-answers in this questionnaire have to be pre-filled? Probably I am too much a scientist and too little a market"expert", too much a journalist and too few "influencers" to find this so good. This is also one of the reasons why the agency only got 2 stars. The topic BENEFITS, on the other hand, gets full marks, because I was again able to learn a lot from the presenters, also and especially in the subsequent discussions. My heartfelt thanks to you and all of them!

I think they should rethink the course of the event and include more breaks for networking and getting to know the participants. There were simply too long lecture blocks without a break, so that one could not really focus on the topics and had no more receptivity after one lecture. I think it would be appropriate to have a break after 2 presentations.

In addition, I find the VIP regulation very difficult. For "normal" participants there was no coffee break, but for VIPs there was. I find a division into two classes here unfavorable. For normal participants the catering was empty at some point, for VIPs it was always refilled. In addition, things like simply leaving empty bottles on the floor are a no-go for me at an event of this kind.

In itself, the event was very profitable due to the lectures, I would only reconsider some organizational aspects.

Satisfied: the lecturers from Dr. Christian Stummeyer onwards were excellent for me, interesting and of added value in terms of content.

Less satisfied: the sound quality was not particularly outstanding. Some speakers were very hard to understand. I was very disappointed by the professionalism of the lecturers Nickel, Geffroy, Iwanek and Schinnerl. At times I felt like I was back in kindergarten. I didn't get much out of it in terms of content either.

I did not like Mr. Stock's performance at all. His performances reminded me of the animation programs in all-inclusive clubs. For me, these performances were not worthy of a knowledge forum.

In summary, I can say that during the first part of the event I had doubts to be here "right". But the second part convinced me again and I went home with a good mood, good ideas and satisfied.
