She presents the training very naturally, with a lot of flair and it's fun to spend half an hour with her several times a week. I am a physiotherapist myself and there are always good reasons to train the pelvic floor, because pelvic floor training simply keeps the center stable;) improves posture, makes it easier to balance during sport, whether dancing, fencing, riding, surfing, etc. Overall, you feel more stable, powerful and relaxed after training.
