I can only recommend the online course with Stabile Mitte. The camera guidance in the video is varied and well done, Ms. Liesner instructs very lovingly and in detail thoroughly and pleasantly! It's a real pleasure to train online with her.
The structure of the exercises is also very well done, doesn't overwhelm you and you have plenty of time and leisure to keep up.

Precise instructions, calm voice, you can soon do the exercises with your eyes closed. The small correction notes for the exercise are also very good. Great course to get your abs back in shape. You can see the success of the training from week to week on your own body and after just 6 weeks I notice a clear change in my muscles, my appearance and my posture. Franziska gives lots of helpful tips for everyday life and takes a holistic approach to stabilizing the core.

The course stands for its name: Stable center. With the problem of an "unstable center", I was looking for suitable exercises. And I have to say that although the course costs a little, it is absolutely worth the money! You are picked up where you are, in my case at zero. Simply professional - friendly - motivating! It's a shame I didn't come across it 15 years ago!

Great videos. Especially the summary at the end in video 12. What I think would be great: more references to different levels of difficulty. As a new mom, the exercises can also be more challenging.

I think it's a shame that the course is only available for such a short time. Especially as a new mom, her tips to do the video 3-4 times a week are simply unrealistic. Although my partner has a home office and does a lot for me, I've only managed to do it a maximum of twice, as I also want to do other things when I can spare an hour. Which is not so easy with a newborn. I think 1 year access is justified.
I'm relatively fit myself and thought to myself during the final video that I would have liked to have this level from the start. It's very, very slow and even though it's supposed to be that way, I think you should know that it's really only for beginners with exercise. I did another local postnatal course at the same time with a midwife and it was completely different and involved a lot more action and sweating. So unfortunately it wasn't enough for me and I didn't feel any better after half an hour.

I am impressed by the professional expertise. There are very few physiotherapists who know anything about the pelvic floor. In my opinion, Stabile Mitte is a leader in this field. Motivating videos that have helped me to finally start exercising again!

I'm only in week 6 and have already noticed a clear improvement in my pelvic floor. The exercises are well explained and become more challenging from video to video. I also think it's good that not only the pelvic floor, but also the arms, etc. are given attention. are also given attention. I would recommend the course to any woman who has problems with her pelvic floor! It's a shame that you don't have access to the videos forever, as it's best not to lose sight of the pelvic floor and do exercises for the rest of your life.

Ms. Liesner has designed the training in a very professional and comprehensive manner. It is well timed and the effort is well measured. She presents the training very naturally, with a lot of flair and it's fun to spend half an hour with her several times a week. I am a physiotherapist myself and there are always good reasons to train the pelvic floor, because pelvic floor training simply keeps the center stable;) improves posture, makes it easier to balance during sport, whether dancing, fencing, riding, surfing, etc. Overall, you feel more stable, powerful and relaxed after training. Highly recommended for prevention and as part of a general workout! Pure female power!

The course builds up very gently but solidly so that you never feel overwhelmed.
I struggled with the consequences of a uterine prolapse and felt completely uncomfortable in my own body for months after giving birth.
I could already feel improvements in the third week of the course. Now I am at the end of the 5th week and my body is definitely on the way back to my old self. I didn't expect that at all. I'm already super happy and satisfied and excited to see where the journey will take me over the next few weeks.
