Dr. Müller-Schwefe would like to sincerely thank the entire Stadthallen team for their extraordinary commitment and great support, which contributed significantly to the success of the 23rd Southwest German Pain Days!

Despite the special challenges, the seminar HERAUSFORDERUNGEN IN DER LEBENSENDPHASE was very well attended, and even better attended was the Scientific Training on Saturday, October 10, 2020, which had as its theme: PAIN MEDICINE OF THE FUTURE - New Understanding - New Molecules - New Opportunities. I would like to add to the topic: new forms of presentation. The integration of modern media at short notice made it possible to include the speakers for whom Corona had made it impossible to travel to Göppingen.

For the first time in 23 years, we had to comply with the regulation of the state government of Baden-Württemberg on infection control measures against the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus (Corona Regulation - CoronaVO), and we did so very conscientiously. The entire event took place under a consistent hygiene regime, thank you very much, all employees of the Stadthalle have been so involved and together with us have taken all the necessary precautions.

I enjoyed the preparation and the realization of the event with the employees of the Stadthalle very much and I am already looking forward to the further good cooperation.

Courteous, friendly and competent staff and contact persons, which makes it easy to plan and carry out the event even in difficult times.
Shortcoming: parking ticket obligation also in the evening around the hall. And you have to know that you can't bring your own caterer, but that there is a fixed one on the hall.
All in all, however, recommendable and we would plan and hold an event there again.

The support with the administration and preparation in advance was very professional. The team is very friendly and helpful.
We have received very positive feedback from many participants regarding the premises and the service and have been specially commissioned to pass on a big thank you to their team.
Also from me and our board a thank you for the good cooperation.
We will be happy to come back to you when we do another event.

There were complaints about the air, it once smelled like food. Maybe the fresh air intake is too close to the kitchen . One participant had to leave the event early because he had a headache that got better when he left the hall and walked in the park. We think the cost of the microphones of 10 euros each is excessive.

We would like to have even more advertising opportunities, it is difficult to advertise in Göppingen. But we are always very happy to come again.

The program comes from the organizer (Kulturkreis). As the managing director of the organizer, I must of course say "exceptionally good". The gastronomy (drinks bar) was unfortunately not so good this time. The "Kessler Sekt" in the price board costs 4.50 Euros and is not Kessler Sekt at all. Some customers complained about that. The sparkling wine is clearly worse than Kessler sparkling wine. They feel "cheated.
