Many thanks first of all to Mrs. Marien & colleagues for the preparation and trial run.
Very friendly and always accommodating. I felt comfortable at every hour and never had the feeling that the time is just reeled off quickly or the like.
The preparation is very well addressed to the own situation and then individually adapted the appointments.
Flexibility in the times of the appointments is no problem at all, which is great especially with shift work.
MPU then passed without any problems.

I can only recommend Starthilfe Leverkusen to everyone.

Start Hielfe Leverkusen has prepared me super for the Mpu I had individual sessions and I felt very comfortable with Ms. Marlene I was able to quickly see my mistakes and take a lot also for my everyday life because I had aggression problems I can recommend the Start Hielfe to 100% have passed the first time the MPU immediately because the preparation was just super I thank you from the bottom of my heart Ms. Marien

Very competent psychologist who prepared me very well for the MPU. I recognized the problem pretty quickly and was able to work through everything well thanks to Ms. Marien (no memorization). Without a jump start I would never have passed my MPU. I thank Ms. Marien for everything and would recommend Starthilfe 100 percent.

Before I started the preparation for my Mpu at Starthilfe Leverkusen, I was not aware of the problems that led to this punishment. After only 2 sessions, I suddenly became aware of the existing problems that led to my unacceptable use of alcohol. In the beginning it was very difficult for me to admit the problems, but in the end I was able to learn a lot in my sessions with Mrs. Marien and was able to rebuild myself psychologically very well and learn how to deal with active problems. There was no kind of condemnation or judgment of me and I felt comfortable and very well taken care of at all times. I am very very grateful for your help and can absolutely recommend you and also her colleague!
I was able to pass my MPU in the first attempt and I am convinced that with the support of these competent psychologists anyone can succeed!

I had my individual sessions with Ms. Marien and the sessions helped me a lot to understand the structure of the MPU and then to be able to work out the whole thing with your professional help.
I always felt understood and well advised. What has given me strength and a little fear of the MPU report.

I really liked the counseling and what I liked most was that it was human and not like other agencies where you are treated like a number.
