Sonja showed and explained a lot to us on our Reeperbahn Quickie Tour. She is a real insider and lives in St. Pauli herself. It was very interesting, my concerns about the Reeperbahn and St. Pauli were completely dispelled. Absolutely recommendable tour. Thanks to Sonja.

This year we did a children's birthday tour with Stattreisen e.V. for the first time (children aged 11 and under).
The advice and service from Stattreisen e.V. was great, helpful and emphatic. The answers were very prompt and everything was transparent. The guide was also super nice and was able to deal charmingly with the group of girls.

The only thing I would have wished for (as someone who works in this field) would have been a more contemporary and realistic storyline and the inclusion of age-appropriate media elements. The described scenario with young hackers didn't fit quite so realistically as a story with paper letters and purely haptic materials on the go...,. For older children, I would like to see more (believable) digital elements / communication in the design, especially because of the storyline, because even the 11-year-old girls didn't really "buy" the story anymore. But they still enjoyed it. Thank you very much.

When designing the tour, it was important to us that every child could actively participate in every activity. Technology always has the disadvantage (if not every child is holding a device) that only one or two children are active and the others are more passive. Klaus-Peter was able to respond very well to the children with a lot of humor, the action-oriented approach made the tour exciting and lively.
What was less good was that we were not informed in advance that a ferry trip was not possible. So we had bought the hvv tickets for over €49 for nothing. Trying to get a ferry privately proved to be a disaster (with the 9 children and toddlers) on Holy Saturday - it was totally overcrowded at the pier...

Unfortunately, the HADAG ferries are canceled irregularly and without prior notice. In April, the ferry trip was simply canceled without replacement. We are very sorry that we did not inform you about this in advance. Hopefully you were able to use the tickets for your arrival and departure. We will inform our guests better from now on. Sometimes I don't find the advice particularly good. I read through the content beforehand and when I have further questions, they often can't answer them. The implementation is good, although the information I receive from the office is sometimes different (the name is not always included, etc.). I also find the quality good, except that I once had a very unpleasant city guide who I found very misogynistic in his explanations. My mistake: I didn't give any direct feedback afterwards (I was too irritated).

We took part in the guided tour "
Women at the harbor and on St. Pauli". Angela, our guide, knew her way around very well and gave a lively and vivid account with lots of background knowledge. She answered all our questions and was happy to take on board suggestions.
The atmosphere was focused, animated and relaxed for more than two hours. A highly recommended tour in every respect - thank you very much!!!
