Heartfelt recommendation!

I was able to organize a workshop with Stefanie on the topic of stress management with over 100 employees and also participate in it myself. I can wholeheartedly recommend working with her. The organization was appreciative and open, so that it was a great pleasure for me to set up this workshop.

All participants were positively impressed throughout and were able to take away many tools for themselves. Stefanie convinced with her honest and authentic way, her infectious humor and finally with her incredibly big heart.

You can feel in every moment that she is fully committed to carrying her mission into the world.

Steffi picked me up directly during the first conversation and I felt directly comfortable and could open up. She spreads such a positive mood and always finds the right words. She takes fears, worries and problems seriously and always finds a way to redirect these thoughts and see something positive even in bad situations. At some point it didn't feel like coaching to me at all, but rather a conversation with a friend and that had definitely been the key to my development and the result of the coaching. I can only recommend her as a coach to everyone!

I was allowed to get to know Steffi during our joint training.
She has a very warm and sympathetic charisma that creates a basis of trust from the first second, which is very important for working with people. You feel safe and heard in her environment. She brings a lot of empathy for her counterpart and their issues. Steffi is very authentic and can put herself in the situation very well in order to get the best out of it together with her counterpart.
I can recommend her to anyone who needs support and wants to work with Steffi on their solutions.

Through our practice coaching sessions during the joint stress coach training, I was able to enjoy Stefanie H.'s brilliant coaching. Her extremely understanding and authentic manner triggers strong trust in me. Every coach also needs a coach of their own, who strengthens their objective view for their personal needs. Her friendly and patient behavior towards me inspires me. Steffi would by no means leave me hanging in an unpleasant situation, but would accompany me further into positive energy.
I would love to keep this warm-hearted regular contact and be coached.
