Stefanie Helm not only offers broad and well-founded specialist knowledge, but also creates a safe environment in which you can relax and let go thanks to her emphatic and authentic manner. With a good pinch of humor, she manages to address difficult topics and at the same time to reach "uncomfortable terrain" with targeted questions, exactly where change happens. The many coaching tools that I was able to get to know lead to a lighter and more upbeat feeling, out of battle mode and into a conscious experience. I can only warmly recommend Steffi as a competent coach with a lot of heart.

Stefanie gets to the heart of things quickly. It may not always be easy, but she knows how to talk to whom! For me personally, that's spot on, as I clearly know what she means, can take it on board and get on with the implementation! This is exactly what coaching should achieve for me. The combination of empathy, sensitivity and clear words is what makes her so unique for me! A clear recommendation for anyone who really wants to go into change and self-empowerment!

Stefanie has the ability to make a workshop very entertaining! Her manner captivates me and makes gray theory transparent and tangible! The implementation of this is therefore guaranteed - and that is the decisive factor, to get into the implementation. I feel that she fully stands behind what she says. Coaching with Steffi is like going for a walk or having a coffee with your best friend. You can talk to Steffi informally, easily, authentically and openly and get all the advice, tips and food for thought in such a great way that you (I) have the feeling that you're having a normal conversation without coaching. And afterwards it rattles along and everything becomes much clearer and easier.
With Steffi, it's really fun to let go of all the ballast, the blocks on your feet that you carry with you and to walk more light-heartedly into new stages of life, over new bridges.

Working with Steffi is an experience that everyone should have at least once!
She understands so well what she is doing and is completely with you as a client with heart and soul!
She manages to hit exactly the right points and solve them! She asks exactly the right questions at the right moments and I immediately felt how quickly issues could be resolved and how quickly I was able to put them into practice.
To this day, I still benefit from her work and it is firmly embedded in me!

After my first coaching session, a big piece of the puzzle of my life fell into place by itself and I was happy, relieved and grateful. I had already had 3 coaching sessions and no one had been able to explain this piece of the puzzle to me, why it was there and what might be behind it.
I felt understood, valued and safe from the very first minute. I can see and feel the progress immediately. Stefanie uses targeted questions to make me question myself, work on myself and get me where I want to go. I am very happy and grateful that I can work with Stefanie and recommend her to everyone.

So warm and authentic. With a good pinch of humor, Steffie shows what spirituality means in "real" life and gives valuable impulses for self-reflection. It is easy to follow her and suddenly the time is already up, because Steffi manages to captivate the audience in such a way that it is more than entertaining. Following her on stage is highly recommended. It's definitely worth it. :)
