No stubborn reading of slide contents, no overloaded slides. Enough practical references.

I've been working in sales for 35 years, so I've already done a few seminars, but as you know, you never stop learning. So I was able to take away some things from this training which I will of course incorporate into my day-to-day business. - The better I have prepared the telephone call, the greater the success. (E.g. look intensively at the homepage, the imprint of the customer).
- Often it is the small things in the choice of words and questions that make the difference.
- Don't just send out a catalog afterwards, but personalize it, e.g. mark the products discussed with Post-its.
- Successful phone calls boost self-confidence and hopefully inspire increased implementation.
- The chances on the phone are altogether greater than suspected! It does not always have to be (especially in the current situation) the field service and the long drive. The telephone call is at least a very good start.

All in all a successful and recommendable event.

it was a very pleasant and refreshing training, in which everyone could take something for himself according to his personal level.
Thank you for the training it was a lot of fun :-).
One point of improvement from my point of view would be the recording of the phone calls,
when evaluating I could not understand the recordings so well.
