Always efficient and (I think) competent. When I had a somewhat more complicated question, it was answered quite thoroughly and to my complete satisfaction after a few days. Possibly the personal interaction could be improved a bit. It also bothers me a bit that I have had a new consultant almost every year so far. Nevertheless, overall recommendable.

With regard to the price/performance ratio, we would like to emphasize that our annual membership fee offers a comprehensive package of services. In addition to the preparation of your tax return, all correspondence with the tax office, the detailed examination of your tax assessment and, if necessary, the filing of appeals are also included.

If necessary, we can even provide you with tax legal protection and accompany you through legal action without charging additional fees. On top of that, you can turn to us with tax problems all year round and get help - at no additional cost.

With your annual fee, you thus receive a fully comprehensive service package that neither a tax advisor nor tax software can offer at a comparable price/performance ratio.
