The transparency of the proceedings was impeccable. However, it was already clear from inspecting the files that the chances of success were poor. This does not change the costs, but it does change the deadlines for entering points. These could then be entered sooner and logically also deleted sooner.
It may be an isolated case where the automated processing of such cases does not work, but I honestly don't think so. It seems as if a really high number of cases cause costs for legal protection in the usual amount and due to the large number of similar cases to be processed, the worthwhile factor then occurs without looking at the case intensively. This is a pity and of course does nothing for the mass of people who simply want to fight a grievance in the legal system where none actually exists.
