Mr. Steinbach marketed our house in the west of Cologne very professionally and was always in close contact with us in case of any news. The house sale went quickly and discreetly without any complications, and communication with the two notaries for the notarization (due to the distance between the buyers and us) was excellent. We highly recommend Mr. Steinbach and dre.immobilien. We would not have expected a house sale to be so pleasant.

My unreserved recommendation - Ms. Jacqueline Röttel is the best in her field in Germany

My experience with Ms. Jacqueline Röttel was consistently exceptionally good. I have dealt with a large number of financial advisors and brokers in recent months - and I can say with conviction: no one has been nearly as competent, committed and reliable as she is.

While others don't even manage to record basic data correctly - or don't get in touch at all for weeks - Ms. Rödel was always available, structured the processes professionally and kept me regularly up to date. I often even received daily feedback, and if not, then always in a reasonably quick time frame.

What particularly sets her apart: She never gives up prematurely, but puts all her energy into her clients - right up to the last realistic option. With her, you always have the feeling that you are being taken seriously and supported with commitment. That's the difference between someone who finishes what they start - and those who don't really understand what they're doing.

After my own intensive research - including comparing brokers, making contact with over 100 contacts and numerous conversations - I can say with full conviction: Ms. Röttel is by far the best financial advisor I have ever dealt with.

Ich hatte mit Herrn Steinbach zu tun, bezüglich einer Mietwohnung in Köln. Er hat ein sehr freundliches, offenes Auftreten und hat alle Fragen schnell beantworten. Schreibverkehr und Kommunikation 1A++. Alles hat schnell und reibungslos funktioniert.

Die DRE Deutschland GmbH und insbesondere Herr Steinbach ist genau der richtige Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen um das Thema Immobilien. Herr Steinbach glänzt durch ein sehr hohes Maß an Professionalität, jahrelange Erfahrung in der Branche und ist sowohl für Käufer als auch Verkäufer äußerst zuverlässig. Die Erreichbarkeit ist immer -auch im Urlaub und Krankheit- gewährleistet. Im Kaufprozess habe ich zudem sehr von seinen guten Kontakten und Empfehlungen -bspw. Finanzierungsberater- profitiert. Insgesamt kann der Immobilienkauf bzw. -verkauf einen steinigen Weg mit vielen Hürden darstellen, dabei kommt es sehr darauf an, dass man durch die richtigen Personen beraten und begleitet wird. Hierbei kann ich sowohl für Käufer als auch für Verkäufer meine Empfehlung für die DRE Deutschland GmbH und insbesondere für den Herrn Steinbach aussprechen.

Hier bekommt man wirklich das Rundum-Sorglos-Paket. Herr Steinbach hat sich um alles gekümmert, sogar Termine mit der Brunata/Metrona übernommen, als ich dies persönlich nicht einrichten konnte.
