StrengthsFinder Coaching und Teamworkshops – Strengths Dynamics

Dr. G is so knowledgeable and talking to him felt really easy even though it was the first time I met him. The assessment was altogether a very different experience, and I'm so glad I got to do that. The session was amazing and visual representation of CliftonStrengths profile was very accurate. Dr. G is awesome!

A dedicated and professional doctor can help you answer the question of a lifetime - Who am I. Also the layout and the design of the profile report are clean and professional, and easy to navigate.

I highly recommand ther SrtengthsFinder Coaching and teamworkshops with Strengths Dynamics. The session was insightful, practical and genuinely help me understand my strenghts and how to work more effectively. It was a fantastic experience for me and my organization.

Having never done an exercise/coaching session like this before, i really enjoyed how it opens your eyes to what actually makes me who i am and my strengths, but getting to look and talk about them in detail to see how they make me into the person i am.

I had a very insightful and well-structured coaching session as part of our internal development program.

What stood out to me most was the way my strengths were not just presented individually, but connected into a clear and logical system. The session made it very tangible how my analytical thinking, strategic approach, and structured way of working interact in real situations; especially in complex business environments.

I particularly appreciated the balance between reflection and practical relevance. The insights from the session will strengthen my day-to-day work in (not limited to) areas such as sales structuring, customer understanding, and process improvement.

Another strong aspect was the clarity and objectivity of the feedback. Georg created a space where strengths were made visible while also highlighting where certain patterns can create friction and how to manage them constructively.

Overall, the session provided a very useful framework to better understand what energizes me and how I create value in a team and how I can apply my strengths more consciously going forward.

I would definitely recommend Georg, especially for professionals working in complex, cross-functional environments.

Best regards,
Haris

I was particularly impressed with the insights into how my strengths intersect. Coach Dr. Georg Michalik has the ability to help you understand your personality data into a clear map for better collaboration and higher performance.

I really had an amazing conversation with Georg and learned a lot about myself. I really enjoyed the visual representation which allowed me to connect how each strength is connected and how it can help me perform my role better. Thank you for an incredible conversation and I would definitely recommend this workshop to anyone.

From personal experience, coaching was excellent. I found a lot about myself, and it gave me different perspective on how to look at my strengths and weaknesses. I would recommend this to everyone. The approach and overall session were very beneficial to me as an individual as well as overall to my team members.

Georg helped me map out my strengths in a way that showed me how different traits connect in a coherent manner. It helped me focus my personal growth on strengths that come naturally to me.

I was impressed that with the questions, the profile was able to pick out a list of strengths and skills I have less strengths in and it was very interesting to see.

great conversation with Dr G. really loved how everything pulled together to make up the full profile. I look forward to more coaching and our team building event

This is an enlightening exercise that is a must-have for any professional or business to make an effective self improvement plan.

Dr. G was really easy to communicate with and the meeting was comfortable. Very helpful.

I had a great experience . It gives so much clarity about myself .

The review discussion with Dr G was worth it. We deep-dove into the strengths and it opened my eyes. Amazing great experience and great explanation.

The early coaching session was excellent and opened up new thoughts and ways to process information to help in life and work, looking forward to the in-person event and refreshing to see that it's not the usual sales training course.
