Das Coaching war für mich eine sehr wertvolle und inspirierende Erfahrung.
Besonders geschätzt habe ich, wie aufmerksam zugehört und individuell auf mich eingegangen wurde.
Die Darstellung der 10 Stärken – insbesondere im Vergleich zu einem Fussballfeld – war für mich ein echtes Highlight.
Dadurch wurde alles sehr anschaulich, verständlich und nachhaltig greifbar gemacht.
Man merkt sofort, mit wie viel Engagement und Kompetenz hier gearbeitet wird.
Ich habe mich jederzeit gut begleitet und ernst genommen gefühlt.
Ich freue mich sehr auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit und die kommenden Workshops!

I had a very insightful and well-structured coaching session as part of our internal development program.

What stood out to me most was the way my strengths were not just presented individually, but connected into a clear and logical system. The session made it very tangible how my analytical thinking, strategic approach, and structured way of working interact in real situations; especially in complex business environments.

I particularly appreciated the balance between reflection and practical relevance. The insights from the session will strengthen my day-to-day work in (not limited to) areas such as sales structuring, customer understanding, and process improvement.

Another strong aspect was the clarity and objectivity of the feedback. Georg created a space where strengths were made visible while also highlighting where certain patterns can create friction and how to manage them constructively.

Overall, the session provided a very useful framework to better understand what energizes me and how I create value in a team and how I can apply my strengths more consciously going forward.

From personal experience, coaching was excellent. I found a lot about myself, and it gave me different perspective on how to look at my strengths and weaknesses. I would recommend this to everyone. The approach and overall session were very beneficial to me as an individual as well as overall to my team members.
