A large selection and at good prices.
The contact was always very fast and the customer service courteous and helpful.
Potential for improvement (although also supplier dependent) I see only in the sampling.
If you order over 200 chairs like I did, you depend on available sample chairs and large sample collection.
Fabrics, shells, legs, etc. - I would like to be able to see and select all of this before placing a large order, and this should be as uncomplicated as possible.
