It was pleasant to feel how committed and competent the house sale was initiated. We immediately felt very well taken care of and noticed that the matter was approached with a lot of heart and soul. It was also very good that Mrs. Zschiesche did not have to coordinate with a management first. Thus a fast and for both sides satisfying sale came about. They took enough time to assess the property and the entire property or environment. Even small details were seen and objectively evaluated and considered. Qualitatively good and down-to-earth value assessment based on a lot of experience.

The team is highly recommendable: competent and knowledgeable, fast and adept in the implementation, very friendly, customer-oriented, all wishes and goals are well recorded and implemented with constant feedback on the status of things, many free extra services for buyers and sellers, which go far beyond the usual framework.
We would not have been able to sell our property in such a short time and exactly at the desired price without the team.

As can be seen from the above reviews, I was completely satisfied with the services and support provided by Südeifelimmobilien in every respect.
It was certainly not a simple 08/15 real estate purchase, but here played both from seller and from buyer side many emotions a big role. But also this was moderated by Mrs. Zschiesche both professionally and compassionately, so that it finally came to a contract conclusion satisfying all.
I cannot imagine any better support.

It has been a long time, but I doubt that the situation has changed drastically. When we were house hunting, we could clearly see that 8.5 real estate agencies out of 10 were useless. Südeifel-Immo clearly stood out due to its competence and humanity. Since then we can only recommend you and would also, in case, turn to you again.
