D.O. leitet alle Übungen sehr anschaulich und nachvollziehbar an, in kleinen Schritten; dazu gibt er Erläuterungen zu den jeweils medizinischen Wirkungen; der Rhythmus von Übungen und theoretischen Erläuterungen ist ausgewogen; Nachfragen werden sofort beantwortet und es gibt klare Informationen über Beginn und Verlauf der Kurse. Alles bestens!

I have been attending Tai Chi under Dirk for a few years now after an accident and to take on exercise and moving meditation. Despite my limited language vocabulary, Dirk has always taken care to explain the principles behind Tai Chi, the subtleties behind the form in both English and German and he is very very knowledgeable and patient. I found the course helpful to my recovery and continued well being and hope to continue learning. Thanks Dirk!

Die Kursstunden sind abwechslungsreich und viel zu schnell vorbei. Dirk Ortlinghaus vermittelt durch seine kompetente ruhige Art nicht nur Qi Gong und Tai Chi sondern auch eine positive Lebenseinstellung.
