Tai Chi bewegt is a Tai Chi & Qigong school offering regular courses in various parts of Frankfurt's Rhine-Main area. These include Bornheim and Riedberg. Other locations are Heddernheim, Hofheim and Offenbach. Of course, we also offer Tai Chi &... Qigong online courses. Many of these are offered as live online courses. The courses take place as preventive offers and you will receive cost sharing from the statutory health insurance companies with at least 80% participation.
The trainer responds to the individual participants and shows the exercises online in an understandable way.

Thanks to the Qigong course with Dirk Ortlinghaus, I was able to calm down and my tensions and inner blockages were released. The learning atmosphere was very pleasant and I was able to perceive my body in a completely different way. Thank you very much!
Dirk Ordlinghaus demonstrates and explains the individual Qigong exercises precisely so that it becomes clear and tangible during practice why Qigong is beneficial to health. During the course, he always invites participants to ask questions. He offers simplifications for difficult exercises so that everyone can participate according to their abilities. He provides a measured philosophical background to tai chi and qigong, making participants curious to find out more and to practise. As a coach, he conveys a friendly serenity and calmness that even in the online course "spills over".
Ich erlebe ein sehr gutes, intensives Training mit eingängigen Erläuterungen und interessanter Zusatz- bzw. Hintergrundinformation. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr persönlich und offen, der Kursleiter ist sehr geduldig und motivierend und für alle Rückfragen jederzeit ansprechbar. Ich werde Qigong bei Dirk Ortlinghaus auf jeden Fall weitermachen und gerne auch weiterempfehlen.
Die Qigongübungen sind wohltuend für meinen Körper. Dirk geht auf alle Fragen ein und informiert sehr gerne. Vielen Dank, dass ich auch mal online oder an den anderen Terminen teilnehmen kann. Es macht mir viel Spaß!
Für Qigong: Viele informative Hintergründe zu den einzelnen Übungen, Berücksichtigung individueller Problemstellungen, vielseitiges mediales Angebot (live, online live, Web-Bibliothek), sehr gute Erreichbarkeit und Kommunikation
Das Einfühlungsvermögen, einbinden von persönlichen Fragen als Info für die Allgemeinheit umzusetzen.
Die Übungen wurden im kleinsten Schritt vermittelt.
Auch wenn man das Gefühl hatte der Input wird zuviel kam genau passend eine Pause und danach lief es .
Tolle Truppe die es einem leicht gemacht hat und man die ganze Woche genießen konnte.
Very friendly, competent and personal lessons. I also feel well taken care of online and questions are answered spontaneously. A bit of humor loosens up the whole thing and makes it an intensive but also relaxed lesson. You can feel at ease and that's exactly why I would recommend the lessons at any time.
Ein sehr angenehmer Kurs, bei dem immer auf die Wünsche der Teilnehmer eingegangen wird, hervorragende Kommunikation durch Dirk zu allen Themen des Kurses.
Ich halte den Unterricht bei Tai Chi bewegt als fundiert, interessant und pädagogisch erklärt.
Die Empfehlungen oder praktische Ratschläge kann man gut umsetzen und begleiten einen
im Alltag.
Die Online-Funktion mit Member-Bereich ist sehr hilfreich.
