My first contact with the software was at the SHK trade fair in essen. I spoke to Mr. Merkens (Taifun's contact person) and he got in touch the following week to arrange a demo appointment. He took over two hours to answer our questions and put together a package that was tailored to our needs and future development. TAIFUN Software covers all of our needs for trade software. Above all, we liked Mr. Merkens' demeanor very much and it was a flawless consultation.
