Recommendation
Mrs. Derksen is a very competent and experienced doctor who works very accurately and holistically. She always takes a lot of time for the consultation and answers all questions. She explains advantages and disadvantages, mentions risks and always lets the patient decide for himself without pushing. Before the implantation, she recommends how to prepare the body for the procedure so that it will be successful. During the treatment, the doctor and the team take first-class care of the patient. Nowadays, one is not used to so much attention! And even after the treatment, you always have the possibility to contact Ms. Derksen personally by email and receive a detailed answer within a few hours. This is not a matter of course! Mrs. Derksen is not only a doctor who does her job well, but she is a doctor who loves what she does! And you can feel that! The entire team in her practice is very friendly, competent and helpful. I am very satisfied with the treatment and also grateful for many extras! And for this I gladly accept a long journey!

Recommendation
I am an anxiety patient and for me it has always been more than just difficult to go to doctors. Mrs. Derksen took my fear seriously and dealt with me very sensitively. Even when I was supposed to get an injection, she managed to calm me down and I hardly noticed anything. Because of the positive experience, she is one of the few doctors that have my trust. I can really recommend her!

The holistic approach in the practice Derksen has impressed me very much. Even clinical pictures and symptoms, which at first glance for a layman are not associated with the teeth, were professionally considered and included in the diagnosis. In addition, there was a very good advice in the area of the supply of micronutrients , vitamins and minerals to achieve the best possible healing results. I am very satisfied with the results of the treatment and can only recommend Tanja Derksen.

I felt very comfortable at all times during every treatment! Sometimes you rather have the impression that you come to a wellness treatment instead of a dental surgery :-) Highly recommended, especially for patients with anxiety! The atmosphere in the practice is consistently positive. The treatments (placement of dental implants, replacement of metal bridges) were painless and without complications. If there were any questions afterwards, Mrs. Derksen was available via email and even answered on weekends or late at night! Here one goes gladly to the dentist!

I would base my recommendation on the following:
- Well-being (especially at the dentist ;))on all levels:
-professionalism of the dentist and the whole team;
--harmonious atmosphere in the team;
--no waiting times;
--care: they really take care of me and my needs (water, break, fresh air, etc.) as a patient (especially during longer procedures like implants);
--high quality of materials used;
--holistic approach, also taking into account possible diseases and their effect on the dental treatment!

After many years with constant inflammations and various problems with our teeth, my husband and I, on the recommendation of an acquaintance, went to the practice of Mrs. Derksen in the Eifel.
Thanks to Mrs. Derksen's excellent and competent advice and treatment, our teeth are now finally "at peace" and we can bite "powerfully" again! It is a wonderful feeling!
In addition to the professional component, there is also the human component. Mrs. Derksen always takes enough time for us and we are also perceived as "human beings", which is just as important for me, for a trusting treatment. In the past, a visit to the dentist was always fraught with fear for me. This has also changed through the sensitive treatment by Mrs. Derksen. I am very grateful to her for that!
The practice team is also competent and always friendly. I have the feeling that everyone here loves the work they do and you can feel the good atmosphere in the team!
The furnishings of the practice and the beautiful picture wallpaper in the treatment rooms, also contribute to a pleasant feel-good atmosphere.
Mrs. Derksen and her team have become the dental practice my husband and I trust. For this we gladly accept the very long journey to the Eifel!
