The delivery was delayed beyond the delivery time stated on the website due to unavailability of items. That in itself is not a huge problem for me at first. However, at no point was I proactively informed about the delay. On request, I was given a new delivery date, which was not met. I suddenly received emails with credit notes without any explanation. There was no response to emails and phone calls.
In the end, one item was not delivered (hence the credit note).
I am very disappointed. The offer and the initial transaction were perfectly okay.
