When I'm in Vienna my cab,except yesterday.
after I only go from the Westbahnhof to Felberstraße have two said no the third only because I live at the end of Felberstraße.Has me a little surprised since there is a transport obligation in Austria.And it was cab 40100

Today 9.11.2022 10:30 phoned with the customer center, because the wrong name was entered by us. The customer center lady was totally stroppy and rude, why I want to change because that, you can also go so with the cab and then just hung up. This is then called customer service center! Unbelievable! Apparently I have to be rude next time too. By the way, she did not give her name.

I ordered the cab for 2 o'clock in the night from the airport. My flight was delayed a bit. At 2:45 I was at the counter, which was closed. After the phone call it turned out that you have to wait another 15 minutes. Especially at night, you don't feel like waiting. Next time I arrive that late, I'll order a cab somewhere else.

The chauffeur has read during the trip sms, then telephoned! Then he took the wrong exit and when I made him aware of it, he meant his navigation system steers him so (bullshit) and then he went wrong again! Always a huge detour! He has not apologized, but only meant that I am unfriendly! I got off then and went home with the subway! And I will always do that now!!! Too bad, a stupid driver harms the reputation of all!!!
