"Communication and Conflicts" was a personal enrichment and motivation from the methodically excellent opening round of introductions to the final feedback with 2 very experienced trainers. With only 7 participants, the coaching was never neglected. Each content was presented in a first-class manner and successfully deepened in practical exercises. Great coaching team (Doris and Andy), who were super responsive to the current mood and circumstances! I participated in the seminar and am absolutely thrilled. It was three very intensive days, in a great atmosphere and a super team. Through the pleasant approach and elaboration of the individual cases, I also recognized where the shoe pinches and took away possibilities for me to work on. Team development is very individualized. Depending on what is at hand, the plan is also changed and rearranged at short notice. The wishes and needs of the participants are taken into account. I can only warmly recommend the team development. You can take away a lot for yourself and for the team and get new ideas to approach things differently than usual.

The three-day intensive seminar "Leadership Personalities" was a seminar that I will not forget for a long time.
The Marx-Ruhland team managed to pick me up from the first minute and showed me possibilities and perspectives that I had not thought of before.
The composition of the participants and the coaching by 2 trainers was optimal and gave me the opportunity to look specifically at myself and showed me what potential still lies dormant in me.

I was surprised at the depth with which the seminar started right away. I felt challenged from the very beginning, very well taken care of and accompanied. The intensive exercises motivated me again and again to reflect and question my behavioral patterns. Recommendation
I was very impressed by how quickly and with how much trust we shared problems in the seminar and looked for solutions together. Blockades were released through personal, intensive experiences that have a lasting effect and improve the ability to resolve conflicts. The insight into cases of participants who had been strangers until then was also helpful and interesting. The connections between participants and coaches remain beyond the seminar and I consider them very valuable.
