The purchase went off without a hitch. Teffo GmbH really took care of everything. Even the bank discussions were accompanied intensively. I received a repayment subsidy of €18,000 from KfW, which increased my return on investment to 4.1%.
The rent is on time every month on my account and I do not have to worry about anything! This is how wealth accumulation is really fun!
