We checked our suitcases with Tefra for a lot of money. For the 2nd time, items from the luggage disappeared without a trace. All steps had already been taken on the ship to recover them, but when we reported the loss to Tefra, it was completely and directly rejected by Carsten Leder. The loss should be reported directly, and it is perfectly clear that not everyone has internet on ships, so you report it directly there. Then came the argument whether the luggage was locked, although it should be known that you are not allowed to lock the suitcases. We paid 700 euros for the service, and gladly so. Tefra gets in line with 100 euros loss and blocks, so I advise every traveler against it!!!!
The highly praised service is great with the order and non-existent with refunds. SHAME!!!

When you placed the order, you gave us your credit card details. Unfortunately, the credit card could not be debited because the credit card company issued an error message regarding this credit card (excessive try of PIN).
We informed you of this situation by e-mail in mid-February and then changed the payment method to payment by invoice. This invoice was also sent to you by e-mail, along with corresponding reminders.
Unfortunately, you never replied to our e-mails, so the invoice had to be handed over to the receivables management department.
