Both booking the luggage service and canceling the order were possible without any problems.
The online cancellation didn't work very well, but after a call to the company's hotline, a very nice employee immediately canceled the booking and notified us by email.
Very happy to do it again and highly recommended.

Positive: Luggage collection and delivery went smoothly.
Negative: Payment should be better organized. It was clear from my order that I was going on a 4-month cruise and therefore could not pay the collection fee from the ship.
The invoice for the collection was sent to my home address. When I returned from my trip, I found a legal payment reminder with additional costs accumulated in the meantime.
I therefore recommend your company to make payment arrangements with your customers to avoid such annoyances for each party.

We are very pleased that you are satisfied with the luggage transportation!

At the same time, we are sorry that there were problems with the payment.

When you placed the order, you gave us your credit card details. Unfortunately, the credit card could not be debited because the credit card company issued an error message regarding this credit card (excessive try of PIN).

We informed you of this situation by e-mail in mid-February and then changed the payment method to payment by invoice. This invoice was also sent to you by e-mail, along with corresponding reminders.

Unfortunately, you never replied to our e-mails, so the invoice had to be handed over to the receivables management department.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We used this service for the 2nd time and were very satisfied both times. Everything went smoothly. The suitcases were picked up within the specified time window and were in front of our cabin on Mein Schiff 3 on time. The pick-up from the ship was just as good. The amount was debited after the service. Everything went exactly as agreed. The drivers were also very friendly. We can only recommend this service. It was very relaxing to sit on the train without suitcases. I would use this service again at any time. Thanks for everything

We checked our suitcases with Tefra for a lot of money. For the 2nd time, items from the luggage disappeared without a trace. All steps had already been taken on the ship to recover them, but when we reported the loss to Tefra, it was completely and directly rejected by Carsten Leder. The loss should be reported directly, and it is perfectly clear that not everyone has internet on ships, so you report it directly there. Then came the argument whether the luggage was locked, although it should be known that you are not allowed to lock the suitcases. We paid 700 euros for the service, and gladly so. Tefra gets in line with 100 euros loss and blocks, so I advise every traveler against it!!!!
The highly praised service is great with the order and non-existent with refunds. SHAME!!!

Hello and thank you for your review.

It took us a while to assign your review to an order, as the circumstances in your review were not entirely truthful.

We are sorry that you missed items from your luggage on board.

However, you were never in contact with our Managing Director Carsten Leder.

We did not reject your claim, but asked you by e-mail on 19.04. to report a theft to the police and to send us the file number so that we can take action.

We have not received this to date.

We have also informed you that we need to have the luggage locks checked by an expert for signs of tampering due to the suspected theft (you can see from the order confirmation that the luggage should be locked for insurance reasons on arrival).

We take allegations of theft very seriously and follow them up in detail in our own interest and in the interest of our customers - so far, the vast majority of allegations have been cleared up (items forgotten at home or in the cabin) and the actual theft of luggage contents is extremely rare (actually non-existent), especially as the luggage handling times are very short and the warehouses are under video surveillance.

You also write that this is the second time that items have been lost from your luggage. We did find another order from you in 2023, but no report of damage or theft.

In the end, you write that you paid 700 euros for the service - with 3 suitcases for the return trip within Germany, we come to € 299.40

Please let us know the police file number so that we can take further steps.

Suitcases were picked up on time by a nice and friendly driver.
Our luggage was stored perfectly in our cabin. On Mein Schiff 3.
The same happened after our journey home.
Suitcases were returned on time and in perfect condition.
The nice and friendly driver brought the suitcases to our front door.
We will definitely book TEFRA again. The service is simply great.
The price is also reasonable.
