Fast, uncomplicated collection and delivery of the carpet. The carpet was almost as good as new. The advice on the phone was friendly and competent and the customer service was exceptional (if not available by phone, the carpet washing center contacted the customer within a few hours).

My Gabbeh rug was getting a bit long in the tooth, had a few stains, was faded in some places and had pressure marks from the coffee table. After washing, it looks almost like new. Highly recommended! The collection and delivery took place right on time as announced.

Unfortunately, I didn't notice that the carpet had been cleaned. It smells the same as before. Now I have to have it cleaned again. That was money down the drain. Too bad, because the contact (by phone and in person) was very nice!
