Top service and competence:
Mr. Hager got back to me the same day on my attempted call + mail. The work to be written was in a sense an "emergency". The idea to look for an agency in the first place was born out of necessity. Mr. Hager took enough time, asked follow-up questions and listened carefully. He supported me in formulating the target question, since my question was still too broad.

Speed & Reliability:
Sending the contract materials, finding a suitable writer, answering questions, and arranging communication between me (as the client) and the writer (as the contractor) was done very quickly. Mr. Hager does not flare up for long - he implements. In the end, delivery was as agreed. Since my request came in quite close (a few weeks before delivery), we agreed on two dates. My desired date + a date with a tolerence of another week. The author delivered between these two dates. A lot depended on the reliability of the service. Therefore, I am glad and grateful that everything was right here. However, whoever wants to use this service cannot expect to pay peanuts, that should be said up front. I rate the price-performance ratio as fair.

Quality:
At this level, it is recommended to work only with professionals. The evaluation of various studies was top.
I am very satisfied with the results. In retrospect, I would only correct one thing: Sharing as much as possible of the author's own thoughts and ideas. Despite scarce info in places, the target question was well conveyed, so that a great result was brought about. I rate the author's answer as top.

Overall, I give it 5 out of 5 stars.
Mr. Hager saved my butt and did it on a high quality level, within a manageable time.
