A year ago I had the pleasure of a Faceyogaonline course. It was instructive, motivating and also the humor was not missing. The sensitive, competent, cheerful and lovable way of Chantal was incredibly inspiring for me. I regularly do the exercises, I can integrate them into my everyday life and I can clearly see a great success. I feel much fresher, both inside and out, and go through life with a smile. It is always nice when people compliment me on my appearance" You look so fresh", or " you could be the sister of your ( 30 year old!) twin sons".....
Anytime I may contact Chantal with questions and there is always an immediate answer with a lot of heart from her.
Also the tips& tricks after a lesson were wonderful!!! From the bottom of my heart I can recommend to everyone the Faceyoga course of Chantal Arnold- one becomes like a little" freshly born".
