Florian knows how to pass on his enthusiasm and expertise. There is a lot of learning, a lot of discussion and a lot of laughter, which makes learning a great experience. Theory and practice are super combined and I was able to design and run a very successful (feedback from participants) one-day team workshop on my own 3 days later. I have completed the Daily and Deep Play at Theseriousplayer.com. Both trainings were very hands-on and well structured. What I liked most was that I massively expanded my facilitation knowledge, in addition to learning about the LEGO Serious Play method.

In both seminars, I was immediately able to design my own workshops with it the next day. I have never experienced that before.

There is all the material I would want as a facilitator (presentations, music lists, material recommendations, scripts, etc.) to successfully use LEGO Serious Play myself.

Florian Wieser has a very broad wealth of experience, which he generously shares. He leaves room for people to make their own experiences and is the mentor with whom I dare to ask any question. I always receive appreciative and helpful support and inspiration to believe in myself and my abilities.

I have already recommended the training several times and will continue to do so.
