In any case. We are regularly optimizing and responding to the wishes of the therapists. Some things are still missing, but they are coming and we are already working well with them. If you have any problems, write to support and the staff will get back to you. I have had various disappointments with another provider for many years, so I changed my mind. You also get support with the first billing. So if thevea continues like this, everything will be fine.

Quick response to all questions, immediate help. The program is still missing a few important functions, but the program is constantly being developed. The program is very easy and quick to use. The only disadvantage is that there is no possibility to do online billing with other billing centers. You are forced to change the center or use another program. But this is the case with all billing centers, which is unfortunately a big complication for us users

It only takes a few minutes to enter a prescription, which otherwise takes up so much valuable time. The prescription is immediately checked for accuracy, the system is self-explanatory and easy to use even for users who are not computer specialists. Billing is also very quick and easy with Thevea. The support team helps with questions very quickly and competently, I can only recommend Thevea and am very grateful to my colleague who gave me this tip.
