I have always enjoyed working with Thomas. He is extremely empathetic and always acts as an equal. It doesn't matter whether he's talking to the team or the managers. Thomas also addresses the unpleasant topics. This may be uncomfortable at first, but he also helps to improve communication and processes. I have benefited greatly from working with him.
