The cooperation with Thomas Klueber has already led to very positive changes in my sales talks after our first meeting.

For me, there are three main reasons that make working with Thomas so successful. His holistic and authentic approach, his professional expertise and his ability to inspire, motivate and convince me on a personal level.

The structures and systems he has developed offer me clear instructions that are made even more relevant by vivid real-life examples and experiences from other markets.

In a short space of time, the unloved sales talk has almost become my favorite to-do. Suddenly "sales" is fun! The pressure is off!

But what really helped us were the direct (1:1) coaching sessions. Here, my colleagues were able to describe their specific situations, draw on current projects and work out the right solutions directly on real situations, hurdles and challenges.
