Thanks to Thomas Klüber, our entire company has made the leap to the next level. Through his expertise in selling, we have been able to achieve an 80% increase in sales with increased contribution margins at the same time. Thomas Klüber is more than just a consultant. Working with him is holistic. We started with me as a person. The cornerstone at the beginning was the development of the very personal right mindset. This made it possible to experience and apply the sales techniques of a "real salesman". In addition to the coaching units, Thomas was personally present during the sales talks and gave helpful tips. Thus it came that the success and the sale of our products and service set up fast and the customers with a smile in the face signed the orders.

Selling without selling - that was the amazing insight of the conversation with Thomas Klüber. As a consultant, I always had difficulties with the topic of "selling". For me, the mindset was always negative. Thomas is one of the most extraordinary and appreciative people I have ever met.
Extraordinary for me because his curriculum vitae has so many facets and he has taken the best from each area and combined it. I would almost say he developed the Klüber Method as a result. An ex-officer (structure, ambition, discipline, toughness) paired with a top coach (empathy, appreciation, relationship work,) - who knows at all times what the other person needs to get the best out of him - without forgetting the person. That's what makes this guy stand out.

There are so many people who call themselves experts in success and sales. With Thomas, I think many of these experts can learn what success and sales really means.
