After this seminar, I have really lost any spark of respect that I still had for Küpper, Fischer and Co. Thank you for your openness and honesty.

Mr. Matisheck openly addresses the pros and cons of an asset management corporation and leaves it up to the participants to decide if it is something for them and does not try to sell people anything nor push people in any direction.

I booked the seminar because I wanted to get certainty whether I should build a holding structure, as I was torn.

I will take this step, that has become clear to me. However, it is not the egg-laying willow sow that some tax advisors make it out to be. For me, however, it is the right construct.

What more can I say? The previous speakers have mentioned all the important points in their evaluations. For me it was a great added value, I am glad and grateful for the opportunity to have participated.

The webinar was very comprehensive and extensive. Perhaps it could be shortened a little in the future, the content was top. For me it was unusual to sit so long at the computer despite the breaks. But was able to learn a lot.

After the seminar, I called a business friend again to discuss with him what how he experienced the seminar. Afterwards, I went for a walk for 2 hours and consolidated my thoughts. When I got home, I wrote to my current tax advisor to terminate the contract on 31.12.2021.

I must commend Mr. Matisheck for thinking in the interest of his clients. No comparison to all the impostors who go on YouTube, Facebook and Co. with their lurid videos to catch clients, and then sell the implementation at completely overpriced prices.

I cannot yet say conclusively whether an asset-managing corporation is suitable for me, I would like to arrange another individual appointment, but I have learned a lot and we were informed about the pitfalls and dangers.

Unfortunately, the model is not worth it for me. I am glad to have attended the seminar. Otherwise I would not know that it is not worth it for me. But the seminar was well done.
