Mrs. Thurner is very accommodating. I'm not so good on foot anymore and I don't have a car either. She picked me up to visit the apartment. The new apartment is exactly as described. I only had to sign the rental contract.

I had already talked on the phone a few times with employees of the Thurner real estate agency. They were very friendly and polite. Now I looked at an apartment that Ms. Thurner showed me. I had a few questions, all of which she was able to answer. It is a first floor apartment, but Mrs. Thurner assured me that I would not have to shovel snow in winter. I would have liked to take the apartment, but then I thought about the fact that it is quite a long walk to the city center. In any case, I would like to thank Mrs. Thurner for all her efforts.

The newly built property in Korschenbroich by Thurner + Söhne had really appealed to us. Location, cut, furnishings, everything met our expectations. Through the mediation of Mr. Thurner we were able to conclude an extremely favorable financing - far below the current inflation rate. That was the icing on the cake.
