I used Top-Baufi to finance our own home. From the beginning, the company made a good impression. From the initial consultation to the final loan, we always felt well taken care of and never rushed or pressured into making decisions. This included a realistic assessment of options, listening to requests and presenting options and alternatives.
Top-Baufi was a recommendation within the family, where 18 years earlier, also financed with Mr. Hinze. Even over the years, the quality has held up and has probably gotten even better. We had previously interviewed with two other financing service providers, but they did not have anywhere near the competence and friendliness. In short, from the first meeting to the signed loan agreement, this was an absolutely well-rounded experience.
What many underestimate with a financing in my experience, however, is the aftercare (so happened in the circle of acquaintances). The office of Mr. Hinze, in this case especially Mrs. Serbe, was always responsive. Emails were usually answered from Mon.-Fri. within 24 hours. When filling out the first applications, someone was ready with advice and assistance, just as when paying out the final amount. If things didn't go as quickly as expected at the bank, someone followed up immediately and problems were solved right away. In case of urgent questions, someone was always available by phone or called back quickly on the same day.
Personally, I can only say: This is how I imagine service to be. From the first meeting to the final payment, this was an A+ with a star.
