The seminar was too long in one piece. The content offered took up the planned time. However, 2x 8h is very draining and 4x 4h would probably be better to sustainably take away more
I was able to deal with many interesting topics, the lecturer was very competent and human and I was able to develop my personality with the knowledge acquired here.
I liked the seminar very much, I could take away a lot of new information regarding communication and furthermore I could gain some experience through the presentation.
Because my care, i.e. the relationship between Mrs. Toth and me was super and I could really always rely on her. I was able to talk to her honestly and openly about everything without having to worry that she would tell anyone or judge me for something.
I am really very glad that I have dared this step and still started with an apprenticeship! I had a really very nice supervisor she was available at any time for information and when I times have thought for a while to break off the apprenticeship she was there for me and has me so dear zugeredet and now I have completed my final apprenticeship exam with good success!

Personally, I found the online course very well structured and especially the learning material extremely well passed on by Ms. Gabriele Reinhardt. She is a great trainer and was very concerned that all course participants understand the content. The independent solving of examples and checking afterwards was super helpful. I would highly recommend Top Solution to anyone.
We were prepared super well for the LAP and I even found it a bit unfortunate that this time of the course went by so quickly. Simply Top!
