I'm really not a fan of B2B cold calling. Yes, it's a necessity in day-to-day business, but I just can't stand the constant calls where someone is trying to talk me into something. One day, however, an employee of Torben called me and the phone call was so pleasant and open that I thought to myself: "OK, if someone is going to use cold calls to pitch my products and services, then please do it exactly like this. That really was a positive experience".
No sooner said than done: we have now carried out a three-month telephone campaign together and the results were very useful in my eyes. The new potential customers have also confirmed to me in the resulting conversations that the initial telephone contact by Torben's staff was as positive as I experienced it.
I will be using him and his team again in the future.

Torben Wand always digs deeper in his consultations to really understand projects and his customers. This drives the process development of the tailored sales concept clearly and swiftly towards success. Particularly with our conservative customers, who are very focused on mechanical engineering, it takes a certain amount of "fine tuning" to get to the key. After just one month, it was much clearer what we were missing to achieve success. After another month, dozens of customer appointments followed via his telephone acquisition support with a conversion rate that I would not have thought possible. There have been a lot of small screws, but Torben, his team and of course us (we can't do it without cooperation) have turned the right screws! And we're not finished yet! Thank you so far!
