The front wheel of my trolley was defective, a spoke was broken at the rim. After I reported this to company Tour Made GmbH, I should still send a photo. Subsequently, I received an e-mail that the same day a new wheel -without charge- was sent. That's what I call top service. I am totally satisfied. And every time I walk around the golf course with my trolley, I will think of this service. Thanks a lot

I ordered the Haicaddy HC7 at the beginning of the year... and have not regretted it to this day.
The included bag reduces the caddy to a small pack size and easy to transport.
The assembly takes less than a minute, very easy and ready to go.
The supplied battery is enough for two 18-hole rounds without any problems, tested several times even in hilly terrain.
Unbeatable price-performance ratio, great service, very clear buy recommendation!!!!

First class service after sale. My electric trolley is an excellent choice after 6 months of use now. Had 2 times a self-inflicted damage, which was fixed in each case and always with goodwill. Is not self-evident from my point of view. Therefore, I would buy again at any time at Tour Made.

Very good value for money. The offered goods are very functional, well thought out, and shows golfer consumer experience. It is an advantage if you can immediately contact the right person when needed. The replacement of a defective part was done without any problems in a very short time.

Ordered the HC7 Trolley and already 2 days later it was there. Makes a very valuable impression and has simply made fun on the first rounds. I want to highlight the very competent purchase advice from Mr. Gölzer, which was always oriented to my needs. I first wanted to buy a HC9, but it was then recommended to me the HC7, because I do not actually need the parking brake. Super trolley, fantastic advice.

I had a problem with the on/off button on my RT-610S. This appeared to be oversensitive.
However, the function deteriorated and I contacted Tour Made and described the problem. Within 2 business days I received a new push button as well as the replacement instructions. Now it works as it should. Thank you Felix N.

It must be said, finally a product where no trouble is.
For over 5 years I have the Tour made and am fully satisfied.

Had previously an electric trolley that begins with the letter K... (2-3 times as expensive)
broken after 4-5 years not repairable.

The Tour made everything with it, every slope and downhill. Simply robust and very reliable and easy to handle.
Also very important the customer service works perfectly, advice is competent and goes to the concerns and requests gladly and in detail.

We, the best of all wives and I, have long thought about getting us e-trolleys (we are not getting any younger...) - the decision fell on Haicaddies HC7S.
First of all: best decision ever...
First of all, I have to praise the guys from Tour Made and especially Felix, they really took care of us and even answered such annoying questions like the inner diameter of the cup holder immediately.
What came after a very short delivery time was:
* super packed (is not always so)
* of excellent quality
* wonderfully easy to assemble (not everyone is an engineer)
* much more stable than expected
* everything you need without extra costs
We can only recommend the Trollies as well as Tour Made!

I ordered a Tour Made RT-610S electric golf trolley on 8/19/2022. The delivery date was specified as "early September". I received the trolley on 9/1. The delivery was complete, the assembly instructions very understandable and simple. The golf trolley is very stable and easy to use, the battery is still 3/4 charged after 18 holes. I am fully satisfied with this product.

I had long considered for me and my wife to purchase an e-trolley.
After some research on the net and a field report of an acquaintance we have looked at Tour-Made. And we finally decided for the HC9S.
And already beforehand, hit!!!
First an e-mail contact and phone call with the company, super friendly and competent.
Then the delivery, actually arrived in 2 days with us. 👍
Everything super packed and the trolley in really high quality. The assembly is very easy, everything fits together perfectly, without rattling or creaking.
Yes and after 2weeks trial run I must say also the use on the square super.
Fits in any trunk folded or disassembled. On site then ready to go again, no long fumbling.
And on the square: we have now used the trolleys intensively almost daily. Both on flat course and hilly course. Runs perfectly, operation simple and runs and runs and runs... At mixture flat course and hilly 45 hole with a battery charge and he was not yet completely empty.
So in short - absolutely recommendation !!!
