I am super satisfied with Train your Soul. I have learned so much and finally found my inner center after years. When I booked the program, I would not have expected such a result. I now lead an easy life and enjoy it. Sometimes I can't believe that this is the case. The exercises are really great and I am looking forward to helping women to a lighter life myself soon.

I had been looking for coaching to resolve the issue of emotional eating for me and beyond that I was looking for a training that would provide me with a concept that I could build on and expand individually around my topics of yoga and hormones. I was able to look through the issue of emotional eating and was able to actually resolve it by working on the issues behind it. Many areas in my life that had contributed to it improved and I was able to let go. My desire for a basic concept was completely fulfilled and in close collaboration with Nadine I was able to put all my skills into my very own version of the Resilience Diet. Nadine has enormous knowledge and experience, which she brings to the woman with simple examples understandable. It is first of all a "work on yourself" and pushes you to certain behaviors that make many things in the past now seem clearer.
The training is an enrichment for me and a personal development that I enjoy very much.
The Zoom meetings, notes and documents are very well structured and you can work with them very nicely. The way Nadine transfers knowledge is great and I like it very much. 5-7 hours to complete the tasks are realistic.

Nadine draws on a very comprehensive knowledge. I recommend every woman to treat herself to this coaching. It is amazing to realize how you can change your body image by looking at it differently. To regulate weight permanently does not start with a change of diet. The process begins in deeper structures. This realization changes not only the optical appearance, but much more.

I have never experienced someone who like Nadine in such a loving and sensitive way brings things to the point, that suddenly everything makes sense and you understand the connections and you can sort and realign his life! A change was noticeable from the first day. I got along well with the processing and implementation in the first weeks. From the middle of the training / coaching I had difficulties to get behind. The reason was that I wanted to resolve my many issues very precisely, very deeply. In addition, the self-work is not always possible when you just have time, but it is impulses, thoughts that flow unexpectedly. The 12 weeks are definitely very intensive. The 5-7 hours per week are realistic for working on the tasks. It is great that Nadine has given the group a little more time and not clung to the fixed schedule of 12 weeks. The online meetings 1x a week are very valuable. Practical coaching, thoughts, questions of the participants consolidate, throw new light on thoughts and connect.
Nadine is a terrific personality! Nadine has conveyed her knowledge lovingly and very professionally in this training to us! For my personal development through the training I am very very grateful! I can highly recommend this training to everyone! Once again a big thank you to Nadine and the group! We have all grown and take a lot of resilience with us on the road!
