Это был замечательный отдых, даже не знаю с чего начать отзыв.... В первую очередь хочу поблагодарить ТМ Travel Mart и особенно Яну Фетову за организацию и выбор отеля. Все мои пожелания по отдыху исполнились: отель у моря, шикарный номер с прекрасным видом на море, горы и пляж. В ресторане Ferrer Concort, также расположенном в городе Кан-Пикафорт, были разнообразные вкусные завтраки и ужины. Весь персонал отеля был очень дружелюбным, благодаря бармену Татьяне и официанту Хосе Антонио я понял, что персонал отеля любит свою работу. Сервис был на высоком уровне. Пляж, принадлежащий отелю, красивый и чистый. Были, как я люблю, в основном отдыхающие без детей.
Поскольку в эти дни у меня был день рождения, я был приятно удивлен и здесь. В номере меня ждала коробка конфет и бутылка шампанского.
Спасибо за идеальное путешествие. Все пожелания исполняются. Все чувства затронуты. В любое время могу порекомендовать ТМ Travel Mart. Мы обязательно будем путешествовать с Travel Mart TM снова, так как теплое и индивидуальное обслуживание редкость в наши дни.

I was satisfied with the entire planning and organization of our travel ideas from the first phone call. Due to the special wishes and ideas I had of my planned trip and the currently difficult travel situation, there were always recurring changes to the travel modules and shifts regarding travel time and destination.
Again and again I got qualified suggestions and help with the corresponding reorganizations, never really never, did I have to wait for an answer, every time I had the feeling to be in good hands. And this patience, this warmth and friendliness, the calmness and optimism I was able to take advantage of in all those weeks and countless telephone calls, so that my doubts were taken away from me and my family to undertake a long-distance trip. All the necessary prearrangements regarding arrival and departure, entry formalities, parking service at the airport, service at the destination, etc. were taken care of and controlled to our complete satisfaction by the organizer, and our favorite person Yana Fetova, every moment I had the feeling of being accompanied.

Ms. Fetova was very dedicated in advising us on our travel needs and taking care of us during the trip.
We experienced an extremely impressive trip with a driver and a travel companion in a spacious passenger car. Thanks to good cooperation with the young Indian travel companion
we have mastered all impassabilities, which are to be expected in India and Nepal, well. It was an individual trip, which we did not want at the beginning. But we experienced that the flexibility of an individual trip in these countries brings the real impressions and experiences, in contrast to a package tour with 10 or 20 fellow travelers, where individual fixed points are only driven off.
Because we only traveled as a couple, we were able to experience an infinite number of special individual experiences.
With Travel Mart, Mrs. Fetova, we got to know a travel provider who impressively passes on her knowledge and experience to her customers and gives everything to have a satisfied customer.

I had the best trip of my life with Travel Mart. Everything was well thought out and well planned. The trip was from beginning to end a Wahnsinns experience. With a lot of impressions that you had to process months later and will probably never forget in life again. I was lucky enough to travel with the boss herself, which certainly made the trip worlds better. Since she showed me the wonderful Incredibel India with her eyes. It was unforgettable moments and moments that I would not want to miss in my life. There were many sights to marvel at, besides the Taj Mahal there was much to discover and you were flooded with impressions and insights. It was despite round trip program despite the still time to enjoy the delicacies of Indian cuisine and you were also allowed to bring their own destinations on the way with what I felt very pleasant. Not as you often know a tight travel plan, where you rush from one sight to another. Have some souvenirs for my loved ones at home can get and was also very well advised. The only thing I would do if I had the opportunity to travel to India a first time would be maybe to start in the south and then work from trip to trip in the north. But that was my final decision and has nothing to do with the service of Travel Mart. All in all, it was a perfect trip that I couldn't have dreamed up any better. From the moment I selected and booked the trip to the moment I returned home and browsed through the other pictures (which were easily made available to me via DropBox), it was a successful spectacle. I could write thousands of positive things here, if I could find the right words. Hope I have forgotten nothing. Since I had to process the trip as already said first time I have left me for the evaluation time to do justice to this dream trip also at least approximately. P.s. Now I almost forgot the most important, the hotels on the trip were a Bunde mixture of different palaces and all top.

I have felt very well advised and cared for. It was bri questions always possible to have a personal conversation.am completely satisfied.

We took a round trip with Travel Mart TM in January 2016 in North India with a beach vacation in Goa (India). This was a fascinating trip, despite our skepticism. We have completely different idea of India and the country surprised us very positively.
Everything was perfectly organized, starting from the reception at the airport, Excellent accommodations, very experienced guide and super driver. If we had any questions, Yana from Travel Mart TM was always approachable and immediately responded to our requests and perceived them. We have been very satisfied with the organization at Travel Mart TM and in February 2020 we will go further south again with Travel Mart TM.

In January 2019, I wanted to meet with friends in Southeast India for 1 week. Since I needed a visa and the flight takes over 10 hours to this region of the world I wanted to treat myself to an Ayurveda cure there.

Unfortunately, the known tour operators in this region had none on offer.
So I came over the Internet to Travel Mart TM GmbH, which organized the trip for me according to my wishes and enforced my interests on site and let me be looked after individually by the management and the therapist team of the Ayurveda center in the hotel resort Le Pondy. Yana was always a great help with personal questions and I was able to communicate with her via SMS in India. I felt very comfortable all around and the cure was a complete success for me, although it did not take place in the Kerala region, but with therapists from there.

Once again, many thanks to all who saved me the domestic flight from southeast India to southwest India. Marion Ursula.

I have booked two trips to India through Travel Mart and found Yana Fetova to be very competent and straightforward. She immediately recorded our wishes and needs and was thus able to book our trip very customer-oriented and tailored. I can recommend Teavel Mart without reservation.

We liked the trip very much. The price-performance ratio has fit. The only thing that was not so nice was that we had booked a German-speaking guide (one travel member was without foreign language skills), but this could only English. Ok - probably hard to get in Sri Lanka. But for that he was super nice and we learned a lot about the country and the people. Thumbs up for Nandana 👍.
