Raphael is an extraordinary mentor to me. An empathetic person that can tackle small and big problems through critical thinking and decision-making.
A lot of people in the industry can help you with different “business” issues but is not every day that a person jumps on standing hand when you are experiencing heavy burnout and trauma, which unfortunately is too common nowadays.
