I met Dominik at a business meeting and then briefly lost sight of him. When I had to make special and serious business and personal decisions, I realized that it is incredibly difficult to make a decision that is well thought out. This is where I found my way back to Dominik through a friend. An honest, incredibly neutral person who fills an incredibly trusting role as a good friend and advisor in business matters. He gets to know you very well as a person in a very short time through the strengths coaching and is fully absorbed in it and lives in it like no other. To this day, I have walked a difficult path with him that I would hardly have been able to walk without him. A person who builds guard rails in life and helps me to get back on track when I lose my way. He is an incredibly impressive person who greatly enriches a life and criticizes in order to maintain his role as a neutral support. Anyone who needs a neutral supporter, who has no or few neutral reference persons in their entrepreneurial existence, is offered something here that cannot be described. You have to experience it. When Dominik came into my life, I was very skeptical about the subject of "strengths". However, as I am open to new things, I let my husband convince me and embarked on the experiment. Now I am infinitely grateful for this experience. Grateful that I was able to get to know Dominik and that he is always approachable, no matter what the issue. If we do stray from the path, he shows and helps us to get back on the right track. He approached me as a complete stranger during our first conversation and showed me how much knowledge of human nature he possesses after a very short time. I've never sat in front of someone who knew me so well, even though we were complete strangers at the time.
He showed me what strengths I unconsciously have and how I can use and apply them better in everyday life. This applies to work, but also to my private life.
