We have booked several vacations with Fessi. Our wishes were individually taken into account. We especially remember our honeymoon on Koh Samui, where we had booked 2 different hotels (1 week modern Sensimar and one week traditional luxury at the Belmont Napasai. And our Mexico trip, where we organized 1 week round trip ourselves and booked it as an empty week together with the flight and 1 week subsequent hotel via Fessi. I can especially recommend Mrs. Werth, but the others also give a lot of effort.
