Thanks to Katrin Rey and the Tupler technique, I finally have better posture and body tension and therefore no more pain. I can also do sports again without fear of "breaking" something. Unfortunately, the diastasis is not closed yet. After doing the basic program, I did not manage to continue incorporating the exercises into everyday life, as they became too time-consuming on the one hand, and boring on the other. However, I still feel stronger and more powerful than before. I also notice an improvement visually. I can therefore recommend Katrin Rey without reservation! The Tupler technique definitely helps, but you have to keep at it. Katrin is very appreciative, kind and competent. Her videos are also great. I can finally feel my pelvic floor muscles and the transversus and know exactly what sport I can do.
