For our wedding we ordered ribbons. We described our wishes and one day after the request by e-mail we got a call. Here all the wishes were discussed and we were told about the materials and their functions. After the conversation we immediately received the color palette and the desired design of the ribbons as a file. The result was optimized, discussed and then we ordered our cork ribbons. We are thrilled with the material - it is high quality and very special. Moreover, in the end we didn't have to decide on any color and the material suits every guest at our wedding. Unfortunately, there was a delay in production. This can also be communicated by itself and not only on demand. However, we received a very quick response to our inquiry and a more realistic schedule was provided. In any case, the quality also makes a very good impression.
Unfortunately, the ordered fabric admission ribbons were not delivered until 5 weeks after the event, but instead we were kindly sent replacement paper ribbons in time for the event. The flow of information after the delivery deadline was unfortunately somewhat sparse. The fabric ribbons, which have now been delivered, have a very good print quality, only the closure was made in the wrong color.
I asked for a quote online and was sent one super fast with different materials and colors. In addition, I was also sent a kind of reminder email, where it was just asked whether I am still interested or not. This shows that the company works very customer-oriented and does not simply "give up". I also always got very fast feedback and if I had questions, they were answered competently.
Already for the second time we have ordered admission bands and were super cared for.
Even if we had no real idea how they should look, we were advised quickly and competently. There were enough suggestions for solutions and food for thought here, so that in the end a product came out with which we are completely satisfied.
The quality of the inlet tapes is simply top.
The complete package of super friendly and committed customer service, as well as the top quality of the products has convinced us and we would recommend you at any time!
