It was about the purchase of a condominium. Mr. Prost accompanied us from the initial considerations, through the assessment of financing options, contact with various sellers and brokers, to the conclusion of the loan agreement, and provided excellent advice and super support.

It is very pleasant that he is available almost at any time and that appointments are made promptly (Zoom conferences) for each step to be taken. Ad hoc, urgent questions can also be clarified quickly by telephone or e-mail in very pleasant communication. Furthermore, he has good tips in store for dealing with brokers and sellers, which are very helpful for a newbee in the field.

As someone inexperienced in this field, I felt I was in very good hands with him.

Mr. Prost advised us well and found an optimal financing model with maximum interest rate security for us, even though we did not have an optimal equity ratio for the financing.
In case of problems with the bank, he was always able to help us, clarify open questions and thus fulfill all requirements with us. We are grateful for the guidance through the financing process, the good advice and the patience he showed us. We felt in good hands at all times and can only warmly recommend him. In these turbulent times, he is definitely the right person to turn to when it comes to construction financing.
